Internationally Gino Ginelli is known as Carte D'Or. The international launch of the new range of gelato featured an Eton Mess. The task here was to adapt the international campaign for the South African market. Eton Mess is not a widely known dessert in South Africa so we created and shot the ice-cream rosette with a pavlova.
