Telesure owns and operates several of South Africa’s leading insurance brands. In 2013 they moved all 3000+ employees into one building - Auto & General Park.
While the various insurance brands were well known, employees didn’t actually know they were employed by Telesure. And there was little to no external or internal awareness of Telesure as a brand.
Through extensive research Telesure had developed an Employee Value Proposition (EVP): We find a better way through unleashing your potential.
The challenge was to interpret the findings of their research and the myriad of information provided to create a believable message about what it means to work for Telesure. And to translate the EVP into a meaningful message that both targeted an existing disillusioned workforce and that engaged and attracted new talent.
Our approach was to initially target existing employees since 3 000 happy staff would be Telesure’s best advertising force.
